Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping (via UPS) for all orders of €350 and more. Shipping costs for all orders below €350 and for expedited shipping are calculated at checkout.
Delivery
As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with a link to your tracking. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Expedited shipping time does not include time for the order to process. If you need your order urgently, please email us at hello@mm-jewelry.de. We will do our best to accommodate your request! Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Orders are shipped according to the customer’s specified address, and may require a signature for delivery. Mussels and muscles is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply. If shipping addresses need to be changed, please contact hello@mm-jewelry as soon as possible.
Customs
If there are customs duties, value added tax, or import tariffs for shipments outside the European Union, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. Every country has different procedures and fees for incoming packages and mussels and muscles is not able to estimate these charges. Please keep in mind that customs processing may delay packages.
Returns
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their jewelry. Unworn merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping and handling, within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to return an item, please email us at hello@mm-jewelry.de before sending it back, so we can provide you with the return instructions.
mussels and muscles is not responsible for return shipping and handling. Merchandise must be shipped via an insured delivery provider.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 8-10 business days for it to be processed. The customer will be refunded to the original form of payment and should see the new balance on their next statement. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of return.
If you have received an incorrect item or if the item was damaged upon arrival, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. We will issue a return shipping label and send a replacement back to you as soon as we receive the incorrect or damaged item(s).
Exchanges
We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you like an item in place of another, please return the original item by following the above guidelines, and place a new order for the new item.
Repairs
If jewelry has been damaged over time, we are able to offer repairs services. Please email hello@mm-jewelry.de with images of the damage. We will assess your case and note repair fees, if any.
Packages sent without emailing beforehand will not be accepted.
