All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Unless specified otherwise, all orders are shipped via Ups. we are happy to assist my customers with such shipping arrangements prior to purchase. Ship Windows. All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before they ship. Each piece is estimated to ship within 1-3 business days. Please note that certain pieces may have different ship windows, and all ship windows specified are estimates only. While we aim to ship your order within the stated ship windows, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. Products will ship directly from austria by ups. PACKAGES MUST BE SIGNED FOR. International orders may take longer due to customs formalities.

RETURN POLICY

As some of our jewellery is hand made and made to order, on this case mussels and muscles cannot offer refunds. If pieces are not made on special order nor are bespoke we can offer a full refund provided you get in touch within 14 days of placing your order. please send the pieces back within 14 days to:

Please include a note with your invoice no and bankdetails / Paypal address. We gladly exchange unworn and undamaged products or refund if necessary. Please note that the cost of returning a purchase is on your expenses. In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email hello@mm-jewelry.de within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
